Document Description
Chevron Energy Solutions, the Applicant, is proposing to develop a 45 megawatt photovoltaic solar plant and associated facilities on 516 acres of federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Managment. The site of the Proposed Action is located on unincorporated land in the Mojave Desert, ~8 mile east of Lecerne Valley. Also include in the proposal is an interconnection to an existing Southern California Edison distribution line located north of the site. The proposal also includes an amendment to the CDCA Plan that would designate the proposed site as a suitable or unsuitable for solar energy generation.
