Supplemental documentation has been prepared to update, discuss, and disclose potential effects associated with the levee improvements and address technical issues related to the seepage and stability of the Marysville Ring Levee Phase 2A South and 2C.
The MRL EA/IS was prepared in 2010 to analyze the proposed MRL improvements and discuss how these improvements would be implemented in multiple phases and contracts. The MRL project is a cooperative effort between the US Army Corps of Engineers, the State of CA Central Valley Flood Protection Board, and the Marsville Levee District.
