Approval of Permit No. 19651, under the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To relocate the Smartville-Marysville 60 kV and Pease-Marysville-Harter 60kV electric transmission lines with overhead distribution lines along the waterside embankment of the right (north) bank of the Yuba River as part of Phase 3, Segment B of the USACE Marysville Ring Levee Project. Work includes installing 12 transmission poles (10 light-duty steel and 2 tubular steel), removing 12 transmission poles, removing a streetlight, and installing one wood distribution pole along with overhead electrical facilities.
