Approval of Permit No. 19652, under the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To relocate the Smartville-Marysville 60 kV and Pease-Marysville-Harter 60kV electric transmission lines with overhead distribution lines along the waterside embankment of the right (north) bank of the Yuba River as part of Phase 3, Segment C of the USACE Marysville Ring Levee Project. Work includes installing 14 transmission poles (nine wood and five tubular steel), removing 16 transmission poles, installing five wood distribution poles, removing eight distribution poles, and replacing two wood distribution poles along with relocating overhead electrical facilities.
