Approval of Permit No. 17806-1, under the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To relocate the Smartville-Marysville 60 kV and Pease-Marysville-Harter 60kV electric transmission lines with overhead distribution lines along the waterside embankment of the right (north) bank of the Yuba River as part of Phase 2B of the USACE Marysville Ring Levee Project. Work includes installing twelve distribution poles (eight permanent poles and four temporary poles), removing seven distribution poles, replacing five distribution poles, and permitting four existing transmission poles along with overhead electrical facilities (17 poles to remain).
