Document Description
Approval of Permit No. 2663-1, under the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To abandon in place approximately 350 feet of the 8-inch L-124B natural gas transmission pipeline and install a new section of 8-inch L-124B pipeline 60 to 90 feet from its current location away from the landside right bank of the Yuba River. The abandoned pipeline may be removed by the USACE contractor during construction of Phase 2B of the Yuba River Basin, Marysville Ring Levee Project or by PG&E by the direction of the Board. This permit addresses the existing pipeline located within the ring levee section as well as the proposed pipeline offset from the existing location.
