The project applicant is proposing to construct a 16 two story apartment. The application includes requests to place fill within the 100 yr floodplain of Churn Creek, a reduction of 50 ft of the required 100 ft top of bank creek-corridor setback from Churn Creek, and a variance to allow enchroachment of the driveway into the requested 50 ft top of bank creek-corridor setback from Churn Creek. The project would connect to City sewer and electric utilities. Water service will be provided by the Bella Vista Water District. Churn Creek Road wideningm including curb, gutter, sidewalk, and tie-in paving, would be constructed by the developer as a requirement of the project.
