Document Description
Note: Extended Per Lead A subsequent EIR has been prepared to analyze proposed updates to phases II, III, and IV of the Oyster Point Specific (OPSP), which analyzed these phases on a programmtic level. The original OSP envisioned a total of 1,750,000 sf of office/R&D. The current proposal for Phases III and IV would require modification to the OPSP and proposes changing the use to residential mixed-use including 1,191 residential units and 22,000 sf of flexible use retail/amenity space. Approval of each phase will require a precise plan and phases III and IV will additionally require amendments to the general plan and OPSP.
