Install 12 miles of new 115kV power line between Rio Oso Substation (southern border of Sutter County) and Lincoln Substation (northern edge of City of Lincoln) by replacing the existing wires (conductors) with new wires on ~2 miles and overbuilding ~10 miles of existing 12kV power lines.
