Document Description
The application consists of two projects. The first is a request to provide 199 new parking spaces, elimination of the soccer field, and reconfiguration of the detention basin at the existing El Rematito. The second project is a request for a General Plan Amendment and a Rezone to a Planned Development (P-D).
