Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing state funds for the project. Harbor View Mutual Water Company proposes to install flocculation and sediment/clarification pre-treatment for the current water treatment plant and relocation of the water treatment plant equipment and facilities to a higher elevation.
This is co-funded through the Department's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program for a conditionally approved loan for the project described above in the amount of $1,084,140 on February 3, 2014 and Proposition 50, Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and beach Protection Act of 2002, Division 256 of the Water Code, commencing with Section 79500 for a grant for the project described above in the amount of $2,000,000 on February 3, 2014.
