Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a major amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2017-0240-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, issued to the permittee, the Richfield Real Estate Corporation, as represented by Dominic Leung.
The major amendment consists of the removal of a failed culvert underlying a ranch road, and the installation of a pre-cast concrete block ford in the same location as the failed culvert, in addition to the project activities covered under the original Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement.
