Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0240-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mr. Dominic Leung of Richfield Real Estate Corporation. Project is comprised of the enhancement, creation, and preservation of habitat for native species, including the federally threatened red-legged frog and federally/state threatened Alameda whipsnake. The project is being pursed as mitigation for the Palos Colorado's Residential Development Project in Moraga and the Alhambra Highland Residential Project in Martinez. The project includes the creation of three ponds and one wetland, debris removal, riparian plantings, and cattle exclusion fencing installation. A 98.97 portion of the property will be permanently protected under a Conservation Easement.
