The Administrative Office of the Courts proposes acquisition of courthouse of an ~14 courtroom courthouse, and operation of the courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Yolo. The proposed site's parcels are currently paved lots and/or have existing buildings with a furniture refinisher, art gallery and contractors' offices. The new courthouse will replace 6 existing facilities in downtown Woodland.
