Note: Withdrawn NOD per Lead Agency on 12/26/2017 The project proposes to widen this segment of SR 1 from four lanes to six lanes (three lanes in each travel direction). The project also proposes improvements at two intersections located within the project area, one at the north end of the site (SR 1 and Reina Del Mar Avenue) and one at the south end of the site (SR 1 and Fassler Avenue/Rockaway Beach Avenue) including additional lane capacity and signal timing improvements. It is anticipated that the proposed project would require acquisition of right-of-way and/or temporary easements from parcels on both sides of SR 1.
