NOTE: FONSI / Final Under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation & Liability Act (Title 42, U.S.C. Section 9601 , et seq.), the Natural Resource Trustrees prepared the DARP/EA to inform the public about the natural resource damage assessment and restoration planning to restore natural resources injured by the Castro Cove spills. The DARP/EA describes the preferred restoration alternative comprised of two tidal wetlands projects to restore habitats and natural resources that are identical or similar to the injured natural resources in Castro Cove, CA.
