Document Description
The City of Yuba City proposes to implement operational improvements to the State Route99/Queens Avenue interchange ramp intersections and adjacent frontage road intersections. The purpose of the proposed operations improvements is to address existing (and/or projects near-term) operational deficiencies at, within and adjacent to the study ramp intersections. The proposed improvements include the following features: Widening of the SR 00 off-ramp approaches to Queens Avenue to add turn lanes. Installation of traffic signals at SR 99 ramp intersections with Queens Avenue Provision of ADA upgrades to the existing sidewalks on Queens Avenue. Realignment of the parking stalls on the south side of the Queens Avenue/Peach Tree Lane intersection. Access modifications at the Queens Avenue/ East Onstott Road intersection.
