Document Description
The Master Plan (MP) is a 300-acre industrial master planned-area in the northwest Manteca. The MP is mostly light industrial with some commercial. The addendum analyzes the changes that occurred during the buildout of MP compared to what was initially analyzed in the MP EIR including the following 1) Circulation changes mostly centered on the construction of Intermodal Way and requiring truck traffic to use it rather than Airport Way. 2) A VMT Analysis, which was not required at the time of certification of the EIR. 3) An updated LOS Analysis for the MP based on existing and proposed development compared to conceptual development provided in the MP.
