The City of Vacaville is proposing to design and construct two storm water detention basin upstream and northwest of the City, one adjacent to Alamo Creek and one adjacent to Ulatis Creek. The purpose of the Proposed Project is to increase the detention capacity along the creek systems that convey storm water runoff through Vacaville and reduce the incidents of future flooding and damage to properties during peak storm runoff flows.
