Document Description
Construction of two off-line storm water detention basins, one adjacent to Alamo Creek on a 79 acre site, and one adjacent to Ulatis Creek on a 50 acre site. Both basins would be upstream and northwest of the City within an unincorporated portion of Solano County. The detention basins would increase storm water detention along Alamo and Ulatis Creeks during peak storm events, resulting in a decrease in future flooding within established neighborhoods in the City of Vacaville. Each basin has independent utility and either may be constructed as a stand alone project.
