On October 13, 2015, the Dublin Planning Commission approved an application to construct 60 townhomes on a 2.7 acre site at 7144 Regional Street in Downtown Dublin. The project will include the construction of the residential buildings, site circulation and landscape improvements, and street improvements along Regional Street and San Ramon Road at the project frontages.
