- The proposed project involves repairs and improvements to an existing storm drain system, and includes three components: (1) replacement of the existing standpipe and trash rack at the bottom of the upper portion of the site, and installation of an impervious water barrier along the northeastern slope of the drainage area, adjacent to Walter Colton Drive; (2) installation of a 42 inch underground storm drain, energy dissipater, and a 42 inch storm drain pipe and removal of the check dam structure in the lower portion of the site.
