Document Description
LADWP will implement a flow regime to establish and maintain a fishery in good condition below the Upper Gorge Power Plant to satisfy Fish and Game Code Section 5937. The project will implement a permanent flow release schedule in the mid and lower reaches of the Owens Gorge between the Upper Gorge Power Plant and the Control Gorge Power Plant set forth in a Stipulation and Order agreed upon by the Mono County District Attorney, Mono County Counsel, LADWP, and CDFW. The project will include the protection, reinforcement, and/or modification of some existing LADWP facilities within the Gorge, and installation of a fishway.
