- The proposed Oak Park Housing Project consists of a proposal by the Paso Robles Housing Authority to develop new public housing on a 25-acre site in Paso Robles located west of Park Street between 28th Street and 34th Street. The project site currently contains 148 housing units owned and managed by the Paso Robles Housing Authority. The project would include replacement of these existing housing units with approximately 300 new affordable residential units. Other components of the project would include landscaping, sidewalks, architechtural and securty lighting, and necessary upgrades to utility systems.
