- Document Description
- The MR-628 LLC (project proponent) is proposing to implement a mixed use development on the Motte Lakeview Ranch, an approximate 639-acre site located within the community of Lakeview, an unincorporated area in western Riverside County. As presently proposed, the project proponent has prepared a draft Specific plan, the Motte Lakeview Ranch Specific Plan No. 366, that would allow conversion of the property to a mixed use development with residential, commercial, institution/education, park, and open space uses. To accomplish this, the project proponent has submitted applications seeking approval from the County for a General Plan Amendment, the SP 366 Specific Plan, a Change of Zone, a master Tentative Parcel Map and possibly a Community Facilities District to fund the required utility infrastructure systems for the project area. The Project will include approximately 357.6 acres of open space. The circulation network accounts for approximately 41.6 acres of the project.
