The proposed Project is scheduled to be completed in five phases over a 10-15 year timeframe starting with approval of the tentative parcel maps within phase 1, parking and street improvements for Claremont Blvd. and Arrow Rte. within phase 2, portions of the sports complex, supporting buildings and Foothill Blvd. improvements within phase 3, the remainder of the sports complex, supporting buildings and Monte Vista Ave. within phase 4 and ultimate build-out within phase 5. Existing land uses include an archery range and a temporary construction parking area adjacent to Claremont Boulevard in addition to a permitted Class III landfill site.
