Document Description
The proposed project is a subdivision of land for phased development of a college sports complex with recreational/athletic fields, sports courts, parking, supporting building facilities and a sports medicine office in an 80-acre former aggregate quarry. The purpose of the phased development is the relocation of sports facilities and associated parking from the main college campus to the former quarry site as well as overflow parking for the campus.
