Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0009-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Victorville. The Project will widen Yucca Loma Road from two to four lanes form Apple Valley Road to its current terminus east of Kasanka Trail. A new bridge crossing over the Mojave River will be constructed extending the roadway to Yates Road. This bridge will be built wide enough for and ultimate build out use of six lanes, but will be striped for four lanes. The bridge will will also have shoulders, sidewalks, and a Class I bike path. Sidewalks will be on the north sides of Yucca Loma Road and a Class I bike path will be provided on the south. Yates Road will transition to two lanes after Park Road. A pedestrian path is planned along the north side of Yates Road, connecting from the bridge over the Mojave River to Park Road. The path is planned to be extended to Hesperia Blvd.
