Document Description
The Town of Apple Valley (Town) proposes to establish a new route across the Mojave River between the town and the City of Victorville. The project will widen Yucca Loma Road from Apple Valley Road and construct a new bridge crossing over the Mojave River. As part of the project, the Wildlife Conservation Board has approved the exchange of 7.32+\- acres owned by California Department of Fish and Wildlife for 7.32+\- acres to be acquired in fee by the Town and the County (Land Exchange) and the grant of a temporary construction easement.
