CDFG is adopting the Joint Document, State Clearinghouse number 2006051008. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA # 1600-2010-0093-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Town of Apple Valley. The proposed project is limited to The Yucca Loma Bridge/Yates Road/ Green Tree Boulevard Transportation Improvement Project. The proposed Project will provide a new route across the Mojave River between the Town of Apple Valley, County of San Bernardino, and City of Victorville. The eastern limit of the Project is at the intersection of Yucca Loma Road and Apple Valley Road. The eastern limit of the Project is at the intersection of Yucca Loma Road and Apple Valley Road. The western limit is at the intersection of Green Tree Boulevard and Hesperia Road. The eastern limit of the project is at the Intersection of Yucca Loma Road and Apple Valley Road. The western limit is at the intersection of Green Tree Boulevard and Hesperia Road.
