The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 7,000 sf of a 35,000 sf parcel. The project also includes the removal of six Monterey pine trees on the site and will impact 12 Monterey pine trees which will all be replaced with 72 Monterey pines. The proposed project is within the Residential Single Family land use category and is located at 801 Warren Road, in the community of Cambria. The site is in the North Coast planning area.
