General Plan Amendment: The project would result in the construction of 25 low-density single-family residences. There would be no increase in the number of residences projected in the General Plan. The proposed interior road for Tract 2563 is not a throughway and would only serve the proposed lots. Proposed Planned Development: The Proposed Project is a planned development consisting of 20 lots that take access from price Canyon Road and five (5) lots fronting Lemoore Streets.
