NOTE: Extended review to end on March 31, 2010. The proposed Specific Plan entails modifying the zoning and development guidelines for the project area. As envisioned in the HACLA Master Plan, the proposed project includes the demolition and replacement of the existing Jordan Downs public housing complex and the development of 1600 to 1800 new dwelling units to be built in a variety of residential building types, including townhouses and stacked flats in multiple and varied configurations
