Document Description
The applicant request approval of a land use permit to amend County File #LP952083, a previously approved land use permit for the Lindquist Landing Marina. The current request if to allow the following improvements: (1) one 750 ft long, 6 ft long wide dock with 4 gangways, connected to 38 steel pilings driven in Rock Slough; (2) one 45 ft by 150 ft RV/boat storage buildings; (3) one 60 ft by 220 ft RV/storage building; (4) two 60 ft by 240 ft RV/storage buildings; (5) 22 outdoor RV/boat storage spaces; and (6) ancillary improvements associated with the project including repaving, new paving, and construction of self-retaining areas designed to treat stormwater runoff. Implementation of the project would require minor grading and site preparation work. The project includes a request for approval of variances to allow a front setback of 0 ft for the proposed gangways, where a minimum setback of 25 ft is required and a rear setback of 0 ft for the proposed dock, where a minimum setback of 15 ft id required. The project also includes a request to work within the driplines of several code-protected trees for the purpose of installing the gangways.
