Document Description
DGS is proposing to upgrade the Soda Ridge California Highway Patrol (CHP) telecommunications facility to meet the CHP's Enhanced Radio System requirements. The project site is located on private land approximately 1.5 miles east of the city of Dunsmir in southern Siskiyou County. Existing state facilities at the site include a 20-foot-tall microwave tower, a 60-foot tall VHF tower, a generator vault, and an equipment vault. The facilities are located on a 2,500-sf ground lease from Roseburg Resources.
