Document Description
Alter the streambed by constructing and maintaining a surface water diversion channel. The earthen channel will need to be repaired or reconstructed after large sotrm events. In order to re-construct the diversion channel, a small temporary berm is created at the upstream end of the work area to keep the flow away form the excavation/work area. When work is completed, the berm is gently removed to allow water to flow in to the diversion channel.
