A MND for the hospital master plan was approved on May 15, 2005. The project is a accessory feature to an existing hospital structure which does not result in any new significant aesthetic, noise, glare or parking issues. A noise analysis accompanied plans that demonstrated that noise levels with installation of the helistop were consistent with the Noise Element of the City's General Plan.
