After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the Notice of Nonrenewal on Assessor's Parcel Number 96-200-51 is categorically exempt from environmental evaluation under CEQA pursuant to Section 15321 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the project consists of an action by the County to enforce a rule adopted by the County to implement the California Land Conservation Act (Williamson Act).
