The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to perform routine shutdown of the Auld Valley Pipeline and San Diego Pipeline Nos. 1 and 2. Shutdown activities include dewatering at several locations along the pipeline alignments, performing inspections of the pipelines and associated structures, and performing routine maintenance activities and minor repairs, including repair and/or replacement of small equipment, such as valves.
