The project is the approval of an Expedited Removal Action (ERA) Workplan for the construction of a dual phase extraction system (DPE) system for removal of soil vapor and groundwater that is impacted with volatile organic compounds (VOC's). This ERA is an interim measure to remove soil vapor coming from soil and groundwater underneath Building 3 of the Site.
