Document Description
This Project will retrofit, replace and or upgrade approximately 60 indoor 32W, T8 lighting fixtures (lamps and ballasts) with 28W, high efficiency T8 lamps and ballasts in the City Hall buildings and replacement of approximately 10 high pressure sodium vapor lamps/fixtures with more energy efficient LED lamps/fixtures in streetlights at various locations in the City of Monte Sereno, California. All ballasts and lamps will be replaced in their existing locations. There will be no soil disturbance required in any of the projects. There will be no alteration to existing physical structures. Aside from fixture updates, there will be no alteration of the existing buildings or associated structures.
