Document Description
Grading Permit G09-036 to allow grading for landscaping and retention/detention basins for agricultural use and to create wildlife habitat, in order to capture and filter incoming rainwater runoff from properties located to the north of the project site. Also to allow a turnaround bulb and a parking area in an existing driveway easement. Approximately 295+/- cubic yards of dirt will be excavated to construct the retention basins, landscaping areas and turnaround bulb.
