Toner Property New Residence Phone Installation
NOE - Notice of Exemption
This project is to provide phone service to a new employee residence for phone and security purposes. There is no cell service in the area. Project will include a two foot wide by three foot deep trench for approximately one quarter of a mile from Split Mountain Road to Wolfe Well Road. A 4" PVC conduit encase wiring will be installed. The area is adjacent to Hwy 78 and Caltrans right-of-way with sparse vegetation, sand and rock. Area is currently used by off-highway vehicles.
