The Feather River Land Trust is seeking $300,000 in Sierra Nevada Conservancy Proposition 84 funding to acquire a conservation easement on the 318-acre Pearce Family Ranch. All the funds from Sierra Nevada Conservancy will be used towards the purchase of the easement. Funds from the Sierra Nevada Conservancy will be matched in part by the Feather River Land Trust, Northern Sierra Partnership and the NRCS Farm and Ranch Protection Program.
