Document Description
The Georgetown Divide Resource Conservation Distirct on behalf of the Mosquito Volunteer Fire Association is seeking $610,000 in Sierra Nevada Conservancy Proposition 84 funding to remove and replace the existing dam with a new embankment of substantially the same location, same size, and purpose to bring Finnon Lake back to its original capacity of 350 acre feet. Finnon Lake is presently operating under a storage restriction of 50 acre feet or less due to seismic stability deficiency.
