Repair of an existing residential use pier and installation of a boat lift on the pier. Damaged piers will be replaced by means of driving new piers into the lake bed from an amphibious barge. The decking of the pier will consist of a composite material such as Trex. In addition, a boat lift will be installed on the deck of the pier.
