The project will demolish and remove building and concrete flooring, excavate and remove up to 550 cubic yards (cy) of soil contaminated with 1,1,1 Trichloroethene (TCA), Trichloroethene (TCE), Tetrachloroethene (PCE), and install an Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) system to mitigate remaining soil gasses in deeper soils.

3) DTSC has determined that the project is a General Rule [CCR, Sec. 15061(b)(3)] and is, therefore, exempt from provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
