Document Description
The owner proposes to construct a 15,240 sf, two story main residence with an attached garage; a 2,250 sf, two story guest house, and a 737 sf single story second unit on a vacant, 14.73 acre property inTiburon. The owner also proposes to construct a driveway, septic system, and various utilities and appurtenant structures to improve the property. The proposed driveway would begin at the western end of the property and wind along the southern property line to provide access to the residence. The approximate area of site disturbance is estimated as 1.51 acres for the entire project. Proposed exterior materials include fieldstone veneer for the facades and metal roofing.
