The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Pablo is proposing amendments to the Redevelopment Plans for the Tenth Township and Legacy Redevelopment Projects for the purpose of reinstating the Agency's authority to acquire real property by eminent domain for a period of 12 years following the effective date of the ordinances adopting of the Amendments. The Agency's previous authority to use eminent domain to acquire real property within the Project Areas expired on March 3, 2009.
