Document Description
The proposed project calls for construction of an 18 unit two-story hotel. The front farmhouse building (southern most building) would be relocated from its current location (14 ft from the south property line) to 3.5 ft from the south property line. The center farmhouse would be demolished. In addition, the concrete block building (northern most building) would be demolished.
